Our story starts in the heart of Desert Hills, Arizona, with a man, a family, and a desperate need to make ends meet. James, a husband and father of two (with a third on the way), found himself facing tough times and limited options. With no roadmap but plenty of grit, he bought a used water truck off Craigslist — the first step toward something much bigger.
Working jobs in the heat and dust, James noticed something: fire tenders and service crews that inspired him. He began to believe he could do more. For a year, he studied government contracts late into the night, learning every detail with nothing but determination and a dream.
With faith and courage, he cashed in his pension, with enough to purchase only a water tank and plumbing. A local company saw his potential and took a chance on him by financing the truck chassis. That was the moment it all changed — 310’s Wildland division was born.
Since then, the business has grown far beyond what anyone expected — but the foundation remains the same: hard work, prayers, and the belief that with enough determination, anything is possible.
We’re still rooted in the same values that started it all: family, community, and never backing down from a challenge.
